1) First, send us a mail at tripleheart3@gmail.com to enquire if the particular item is still available. This is because certain items are very limited (sometimes only one!) and our supplier might have run out of stock by then.

3) We will then reply you within 48 hours.

4) It is always advisable for you to make payment the soonest possible to ensure that you will secure the item. This is because we can't make reservations/guarantee that the item will still be available. We will place your orders with suppliers immediately after payment. If it is out of stock, we will refund in full.

5) Under normal circumstances, the waiting time for items to reach our shores is usually 2-4 weeks after deadline, depending on each individual item. The waiting time is mostly due to custom checks, so do be patient. Please only place your order if you are comfortable with the waiting time.
