1) First, send us a mail at tripleheart3@gmail.com to enquire if the particular item is still available. This is because certain items are very limited (sometimes only one!) and our supplier might have run out of stock by then.
2) If you get a yes from us, do provide us with the following details:

3) We will then reply you within 48 hours.
4) It is always advisable for you to make payment the soonest possible to ensure that you will secure the item. If it is out of stock, we will refund in full.
